Storage counts the total length of the videos currently in your account. Delete a video to make room for new ones.

Payments and subscriptions
- Payments on our website are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles payment collection, receipts and taxes.
- Prices in Taiwan include tax. Customers in other countries see the price converted to their local currency, with local taxes calculated by Paddle at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the billing period, with no further charges.
- Monthly payments already made are not refunded; yearly payments can be fully refunded within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
- When a subscription ends, your account becomes read-only: your videos and notes stay, and you can still watch, play and add markers, but you cannot upload new videos until you resubscribe.
